Warranty – All goods have a minimum of a 1-month Return to Base warranty. This can be extended to a 1-year warranty and added to the basket with any purchase. The warranty extension is found under a separate tab in “Products.” Please see our Warranty and Returns page for full details of what your warranty covers.
Returns – The easiest way to start the process is to call our team on (+44 1384) 918505. They can assist you in filing an RMA form to deal with your issue. Please see our Warranty and Returns page for full details of how the return procedure works.
Delivery – We use DPD to transport your goods. We usually require 24-48 hours to process your order and then dispatch via a 24-hour service. In practice, the process usually takes 48 hours from start to finish. For example, if you purchase on a Monday, you will receive the goods on Wednesday. There are other delivery options available, and you can collect. Call our sales team to discuss these. If we have your email address and/or phone number, the tracking details will be sent to you to enable you to monitor or change your delivery. Weekends are excluded from the delivery timescales as non-working days. Loss or damage in transit is covered under our Warranty and Returns page.

If I don’t see what I need – Due to the fast turnaround of stock and the multitude of product varieties, we only present a selection on our website. You may find an increased selection on our eBay or Amazon page. However, 70% of our stock will not find its way onto the digital sales channels, so do not hesitate to call us with your enquiry.
